Pest Control Representative

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Pest Control Sales Representative to help grow our Pest Control Division in Hazleton and the surrounding areas.This role is ideal for a professional with strong business-to-business (B2B) sales experience who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and developing new business opportunities. Previous pest control experience is a plus, but not required. A Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator’s License is not required for this position.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients and property managersGenerate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referralsConduct site visits and assess customer pest control needsPrepare and present customized pest management proposals and service solutionsFollow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipelineCoordinate with operations and office staff to ensure smooth onboarding and service deliveryEducate customers on pest prevention strategies and available service optionsIdentify opportunities to upsell additional pest control services and programsMaintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and reportingRepresent DCS professionally in the field and at customer locations
