PHOTOSHOP ARTIST for FILM RETOUCH

I am restoring few old 2D animated short films and I'm in search of a skilled Photoshop artist to help me retouch the film frames. The person I'm looking for should be patient, meticulous, and have a basic knowledge of animation. The task involves going through a sequence of TIFF files and touching up some of the frames. Make a note: it is not a traditional photography retouch, it’s a 2D character animation frames touch-up.
