We are currently seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor for our New Holland, PA manufacturing facility. This is a critical leadership role within our dynamic operational unit. This individual is responsible for maintaining machinery and equipment, while ensuring maintenance standards are compliant with statutory and safety laws.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership to the Plant Maintenance team including setting direction and deploying resources. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the incumbent's ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external partners.

Insure preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical).

Evaluate and recommends equipment improvements to improve OEE.

Work with Maintenance Personnel and vendors to solve and diagnose technical issues

Work closely with Engineering on equipment related capital projects.

Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures, schedules, etc.

Deliver on daily KPI's and establishes clear targets and corrective actions for the team

Ensure PM activities contribute to overall plant efficiency through machine uptime, maintenance cost reductions, reduced breakdowns, etc.

Work closely with Human Resources on talent sourcing, increased mechanical knowledge, and team development.

Work hours of 6:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday, plus any additional hours as needed.

Other related duties as assigned.QualificationsThe qualified candidate will have:

Associates degree in Engineering or other technical discipline plus a minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance leader or other lead/supervisory position.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus a minimum of 7 years of experience as a maintenance leader.The ideal candidate will have:

Must have experience in Lean manufacturing requirements relating to MTTR and MTBF.

Experience in planning maintenance operations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.

Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
