Experience - 5+ Years• System Software Maintenanceo Provide support to maintain the current performance level of the system software. o This will include the diagnosis and resolution of the deficiencies and/or system errors. • System Software Enhancementso Develop software enhancements requested by system users.o Work with Commission staff to understand the business rules for the enhancements. o Create a project development schedule and provide the best technical solution.o Communicate with Commission staff to ensure new software is available for testing.o Compile the revised/updated software and deliver to the Commission for installation on workstations.• Maintain Interfaceso Maintain RATS system interfaces that exchanges data with other internal Commission systems including Pa. Automated Licensing System (PALS) database and Resource First Portal (RFP). o Maintain RATS interfaces with external partners including LEMS and remote notary/tag services that process boat transactions.
