Principal, Program and Project Manager to join our Public Cloud Engineering team. This role is located in

Pittsburg, PA - HYBRID/REMOTE.

In this role, you-ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manage the production of the full range of program and project management artifacts, charters, requirements, implementation timelines, testing strategies and user adoption plan. Coordination of enterprise-wide programs/projects and partner with stakeholders across the firm (Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance) to identify and track key activities, milestones, risks and dependencies.
  • Provides direction and guidance for a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to internal client specifications. Manages and oversees the end-to-end program and project management activities such as program and project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, internal client management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation for projects of high complexity.
  • Develops and maintain detailed program/project plans and schedules projects, including goals, risks, and resource allocation. Drive the execution of cloud engineering roadmap and strategic direction for the product. Coordinate and Work with project managers to effectively plan and execute the program/project. Translate business strategy into an executable program/project of delivery and provide leadership of major workstreams within major programs and/or stand-alone projects.
  • Experience in JIRA dashboards to monitor the program/project of deliveries in timely and effective manner. Fulfil some program/project governance requirements including senior stakeholder reporting, steering forum management, and administration of key program documents.
  • Serves as a liaison between clients and internal groups to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to specification. Contributes to program communication and status with program leadership and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, we-re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor-s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 10-12 years of total work experience in Project Management preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Experience in managing program budget and yearly operating budget/plan. Monitoring the project costing throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Working Experience within large financial investment firms is required.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is beneficial. 10 - 12 years of related program and/or project management experience required. Experience with operations, technology and/or financial services industry is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
