This position is predominately onsite. Some remote work can be considered from time to time.

Overview:

Our client is looking for a Maintenance Procedure Writer to join the Maintenance Support Team. The effort work be focused on transferring physical, paper procedures into an electric system, which can be leveraged on iPads and laptops.
The Maintenance Procedure Writer would be responsible for reviewing copies of paper procedures, rewriting the procedures into electric format, incorporating comments as necessary, and partnering with Maintenance Managers, Technicians, and Crafts Personnel to ensure that the procedures are flowing properly in the system.
The procedures are short, routine work that is performed on a weekly / bi-weekly basis, and focuses on preventative maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and instruments and controls (I&C). All procedures are developed at this point, so no procedure creation will be necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:\

Experience in procedure writing for Operations and/or Maintenance work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner with different levels of employees.
Comfortability working on laptops and iPads
Willingness to work onsite in Pottstown, PA
