Communicate and effectively implement quality policies and procedures across the organization

Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate processes and procedures

Communicate and train management, operations, customer service and other functional roles in quality practices

Work as liaison between all functional areas of the business to facilitate adherence to Quality Standards and Policy as required

Prepare reports, scorecards, and data analysis

Review quality metric outputs and report to senior management regarding both successes and risks, ensuring value and accountability to the business

Identification of gaps within processes and procedures across Clean Earth, which may include impacts to process, safety, compliance, revenue and or resource.

Assess, Track, Monitor, and document projects by phase, detail, and outcome

Assist in the facilitation of continuous improvement goals by recording suggestions and follow through with improvement plans

Manage and perform Quality Audits as applicable ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory guidelines and operational standards

Implement Quality Program objectives for all elements related to business goals

Up to 40% travel

Basic Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

5-9 year's experience in quality management or continuous improvement role

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification, PMP or Project Management certification

Microsoft Office proficiency

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Creative thinker with ability to consider “out of the box” solutions

Willingness and ability to wear company provided personal protection equipment including eye protection, steel toed shoes, hard hat, Tyvek coveralls, and respirator

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the waste management or environmental services industry

Knowledge or understanding of DOT, OSHA, RCRA regulations

HAZWOPER 40-hour certification

Power BI proficiency
