As a Product Acquisition Specialist(aka Senior Territory Pipeline Consultant) within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will work remotely within PNC's footprint except in Colorado, Alaska, or Hawaii.A Product Acquisition Specialist or Sr. Territory Pipeline Consultant is a consumer lending subject matter expert whose primary role is to provide tier 2 type of support to Branch and Mortgage channel loan originatorsJob Description Primary responsibilities:

Application Assistance: Assist Bankers and MLOs with any sort of complexity (delays, documentation, income issues, etc.) that they weren't able to resolve through the typical channels.

Appeals: Review and submit (if warranted) appeals on declined applications for Bankers or MLOs.

Proactive Pipeline Management: Review of a market's pipeline for opportunities to free up deals that are stuck or to overturn declined applications.

Rate Exception / Adjustments: Review and decision requests for Home Equity, Auto and Personal Lending.

Service / Loan Exceptions: Escalate or resolve loan servicing requests received directly from the field or from servicing partners through a centralized mailbox.

Originations Liaisons: Designed to provide our Originations partners a better voice around issues created by the frontline. Each asset group has one dedicated Liaison who's goal is to identify and reduce pain points leading to inefficiencies within Originations (caused by Banker/MLO errors or not following proper procedures).

TPC Time: Monthly presentations provided via Market wide calls primarily designed to improve the transparency between the back office and the front line.

Procedure Updates: As subject matter experts (SMEs), we assist with creating, updating, and publishing consumer lending procedures.

Projects: As SMEs, we participate/consult in projects when appropriate.

Misc. / Other: Captures the time spent on anything else outside of the categories above, including RDLM team calls, 1:1's with Market Advisors, quarterly calls with Originations partners, etc.
