As a Product Advisor III within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Raleigh, Pittsburgh, MIami, Tampa or Orlando.This role is responsible for solutioning of Embedded Finance opportunities, connectivity, and integrations services during the engagement of prospective PNC Treasury Management (TM) Clients. The Integrations Solutions Advisor role will execute on defining the optimal solution for delivery of TM services based on PNC’s Embedded Finance program solutions. The role requires detailed understanding of the accounting and treasury market space as well as PNC TM products in an omnichannel environment including but not limited to online (Web) / mobile, traditional file transmissions (unattended file delivery through various secure protocols and methods), predefined connectors, SWIFT, and APIs.Candidates with certifications such as the Institute of Finance and Management (IOFM) Order to Cash and Procure to Pay certifications, Certified Treasury Professions (CTP) by the Association of Financial Professionals and Technology certifications that represent foundational understanding of unattended connectivity (secure file transmissions, APIs, VANs) are encouraged to apply.Job Duties Presales advisory: After sales teams vetting and exploring solutions options with existing and prospective new customers, develop solutions based on conversations with the sales force and customers. To be successful in this client facing role, knowledge of PNC TM products and services, industry knowledge of ERP, treasury management systems, and payments applications is a core requirement. Assist sales to gain customer commitment on integrations solutions using standard discovery process and documentation for turnover to sales, customers, project managers and implementations. Focus and emphasis of product knowledge on the “what” - B2B payments, B2C payments, Reconciliation strategies including Current Day Reporting, Previous Day Reporting, Account Verifications Services and “How” those capabilities are enabled through PNC’s TM Digital Channels capabilities. Advanced knowledge of file format industry standards including but not limited to International Organization for Standardization (a/k/a International Standards Organization) 20022 (ISO 20022), American National Standards Institute (ANSI X12 used for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)), Bank Administration Institute standards (BAI / BAI2), SWIFT Message Types (primarily 900 series), National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA), and others. Identification of non-standard products / solutions and determination on feasibility through interaction with product management. Through Voice of the Customer and industry intelligence, advise product management of potential new product capabilities through preparation of strategy presentations which define markets, product design, etc. Support the proposal writing team in RFP/RFI responses for non-standard, complex integration questions to accurately reflect product and integrations capabilities. Understanding of “unattended” connectivity with particular emphasis of expertise around APIs and file transmissions.Job Description

Advises Sales team in the development of significant/complex sales opportunities, including proposals, presentations and the closing of the opportunities. Serve as team leader for product advisors, as needed.

Works with the Sales team in the qualification and prioritization of pipeline and sales opportunities targeting largest and most complex opportunities.

Completes diagnosis of client's current business situation and related requirements through data gathering, which includes interviews, research, tools development and modeling.

Consults with the client/prospect to assess complex and highest value business opportunities and develops tailored solutions using PNC capabilities. Serves as liaison with the Client Implementation team.
