CEI’s Fortune 30 Client in Media and Telecommunications is looking for a
Product Owner to add to their team!Job at a glance:- Long term contract planned for extension and/or permanent placement
- $70-$80/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
- Hybrid position, onsite 3 days/wk in Philadelphia, PA, remote Mondays & Fridays
- Knowledge of Cisco voice products/cloud services (BroadSoft, Broadcloud)
- Traditional product management experience (building/managing roadmaps, bring products from ideation to deployment and supporting them)
- Nice to have: FCC regulatory compliance around the voice space
- Candidate will lead product management for the Enterprise Managed Voice channel, and as such will be responsible for sales channel and customer engagement, feature/functionality prioritization, vendor management, regulatory compliance, pricing support, sales enablement, sales engineering engagement and support, and others as needed to ensure successful deployment of Managed Voice services to customer facilities.
- Revenue and customer relationship growth in Enterprise Managed Voice services.
- All phases of product lifecycle, from ideation/vision through requirements documentation, feature writing, user story creation, development, testing, deployment, vendor management, and ongoing as well as EOL operations.
- Vision documents, product requirements docs, feature prioritization justifications, sales channel support / product documentation, executive presentations, operations plans, vendor assessments, competitive assessments, and others.
- The Marketing Product Manager drives the vision of the marketing technology product.
- In this role they are accountable for owning and prioritizing the marketing product roadmap and requirements for delivery.
- Will serve as an advocate for the marketing team and ensuring marketing technology products provide a sufficient end user experience.
- Vendor management and contract negotiations support.
- Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Managed Voice.
- Experience with VOIP and Unified Communications products and services.
- Experience with Cisco voice platforms, Broadsoft, Broadcloud, Webex, and others.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Understanding of Voice Regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with Sales, Sales Engineering, OSS/BSS/CRM systems, Systems Engineers, Systems Architects, Developers, QA Testing, Validation, and Deployment to customer environments.
- Experience working with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
- Regulatory compliance.
