Product Owner and Program Manager 12 monthsChester, PAThis role requires extensive client interaction and BRD documentation along with strong problem solving skills.Primary Skill Set for this role:Business Analysis and Project Management.We would need someone with considerable Business analysis expertise in forecasting/analytical space.Any prior experience in workforce management/CMT space would be preferred.The person should also have strong communication skills to interact with senior business stakeholders on a regular basis (for requirement elicitation, analysis and reviews).He/she would also be expected to manage a team comprising Onshore/Offshore resources to manage the deliverables and reporting.Software Product Management- Drives the vision for the software product that is to be built and maintained. Serves as functional or client needs expert for software product. In an Agile environment, work with the Scrum Master and other project management to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and return on investment; has a significant role in quality and responsible for managing the company team in client environment.
