Address customer inquiries for support through, phone, email, and remote computer access.You are responsible forRespond in a highly professional manner to incoming calls, emails and other requests for technical support in a timely fashion
Identify and troubleshoot all issues with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction
Log calls as required by current documented procedure, BPI’s, and WI’s.
Escalate complicated hardware, software, networking issues to Engineering Liaison for resolution assistance when needed
Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.
You are part ofThis position is on the Diagnostic IT group supporting AliceSleepware hardware, software platform. This role performs in a standard call center environment which includes rotating shift requirements. The call center is open 24/7 daily, including weekends and holidays. Successful candidates rotate through working off-shifts (nights/weekends/holidays).To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the followingEducation/ExperienceA.S. Degree or related certificates in Information Technology. Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
Proficiency with SQL Database and Database Administration required
Prior Customer Service experience desired
OtherExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to logically analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
Knowledge of Hospital, Home Care, and Sleep Lab Respiratory Therapy equipment a plus
Functional knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10 and current products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience with Microsoft SQL server including Management Studio
Proven computer networking proficiency may be required.
Able to troubleshoot as issue to resolution
Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment while maintaining professional demeanor
Experience working in a multitasking environment
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Must be able to understand/write/read and speak English language
