Production Assistant (local coffee roaster)

Dript Coffee Co. is a rapidly growing cold brew and coffee company in South Philadelphia selling coffee beans, bags and cold brew products to retail, wholesale and ecommerce customers. Dript is actively seeking a Production Assistant for our wholesale operations. We are seeking candidates dedicated to our company values - Serve Others, Build our Community, and Deliver Quality. Production Assistant Tasks:

1. Bagging and Packing Coffee product orders to maintain inventory

2. Brewing and Bottling Cold Brew product orders to maintain inventory

3. Roasting Coffee to maintain inventory

4. Preparing and packaging client orders to hand off to the delivery team

5. Partnering with warehouse manager to ensure seamless operations

Working Days/Hours:

- Possible Shifts are on Weekdays M-F

- Minimum of 6 hours per week

Experience:

- No prior coffee experience needed, but its always a plus!
