Production Operator

Adecco is assisting a local client recruit for a Production Operator. This Production Operator opening is located in Horsham, Pa . If you meet the qualifications listed below, Apply NowSUMMARY: Performs core tasks on assigned teams, project, or functional area. Tasks are performed within full-scale production manufacturing operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Mechanical and electromechanical assembly Start-up and operate equipment Understand and follow all department instructions and procedures Visually inspect material for defects Control scrap Count and record production/inventory as necessary Perform daily housekeeping and cleanliness procedures Perform mechanical works using hand/power tools to construct and manufacture products Work as part of a production team, operate efficiently and effectively to ensure production targets are met, liaise with maintenance of any machine issues to ensure machine downtime is kept to a minimum Follow all environmental and safety procedures Monitor and verify quality in accordance with control procedures Participate in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance quality, cost and schedulingQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
