Production Operator

Job Title: Production OperatorJob DescriptionPay: $24.56/hrShifts Available:6pm-6am rotating schedule3pm-11pm Monday-FridayPlease note: all new hires are required to train on 1st shift for 4-5 weeksWe are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our team in the Packing/Processing area of our manufacturing plant. This role involves setup and operation of production machinery, and machine troubleshooting as needed. The environment is physically demanding and requires attention to detail, safety, and teamwork. There is an in-depth training process, but prior manufacturing or construction experience generally preferred. Operate sit down forklifts and move materials.

Lift and handle materials weighing 20-50 pounds, ensuring accurate counts and placements.

Perform repetitive lifting and motions across different workstations.

Conduct basic data entry and maintain accurate records of material counts and pallet movements.

Monitor and manage various workstations

Oversee robots, attend to alarms, and load pallets of material into machines.

Ensure products are properly finished, stacked, and prepared for shipping.

Essential Skills

Industrial machine operation

Experience operating sit down forklifts.

Basic computer skills for data entry.

Basic math skills for counting bricks and pallets.

Ability to lift 20-50 pounds repeatedly.

Strong awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
