Production Planner II

You will partner with the remote factory operations in providing direction that ensures product is coordinated, monitored and completes the repair production cycle according to schedule. In this role you will partner closely with third party repair depots around the world that are conducting maintenance and overhaul of Vocollect - PSS Voice products. There will be frequent interaction and collaboration with Customer Service and the end customers to deliver a service that exceeds expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesReview production schedules

YOU MUST HAVEHigh School Diploma

3+ years of Supply Chain experience

WE VALUEBachelor Degree in Supply Chain or Business

SAP and or CRM experience – ERP

Expert in MS Office – Excel

Customer service experience

Some prior experience in production planning.

Degree of creativity and latitude.

Able to make decisions using data provided.

Greenbelt Six Sigma certification
