Program Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for timely project execution and delivery against aligned schedule/milestones, scope, and resources
• Lead cross-functional projects, including but not limited to, process optimization, innovation/technology, organizational/operational design
• Cultivate connectivity and alignment between people, teams, and data sources to enable delivery of cross-functional projects
• Organize and lead regular project team meetings to drive progress, track and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and review action items.
• Develop, track, and analyze project key performance indicators including the effectiveness of implemented strategies
• Proactive communication with line management and project teams
• Leverage project management tool set to enable project execution and value proposition delivery including but not limited to, project charters, detailed MS Project plans, Visio etc.
• Drives continuous knowledge sharing and best practices across project teams during project implementation and during the transition into operations to ensure value is realized.
• Solves problems and resolves constraints of project team. Defines and develops improvements based on business strategies.
• Fosters a mindset of inclusion, innovation, and productivity.
• Can be remote but should be able to go to office in Ft. Washington, PA when needed.
• Consumer/Pharma industry experience preferred, not mandatory.
