Program Manager - Data Analytics and AIFull Time PermWay of Work: Hybrid - 2 days in locationSalary: $125,800 - $188,600, plus annual bonusLocation : Columbus, OHRelocation Assistance ProvidedThe Data & Analytics Program Manager leads strategic development and execution of data science projects and AI initiatives. This role acts as the primary liaison between the data science team and business units, overseeing project lifecycles, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet their goals within time and budget constraints. Additionally, the Program Manager stays updated on industry trends, advocates for best practices in data science and AI, ensures compliance with data governance standards and develops KPIs to measure project success, and provides regular progress reports to senior management.Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Manages programs and projects of strategic or foundational importance to the enterprise, with organizational complexity across all functions

Supports the intake process and continuous improvement measurement of impacts to the business

Ensures measures are taken in projects to increase quality and mitigate risk, including risk analyses, impact assessment, needs assessment, requirements signoff, code reviews, test planning and execution, fallback plans, and deployment plans.

Acts as a change agent across organizational boundaries

Measures and reports project/program performance, milestones, and other project information to stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis, including escalating issues that require management attention

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

5+ years of applied experience designing, solving, managing, facilitating, and delivering business impact with data analytics

5+ years of experience leading projects or teams with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s or advanced degree in statistics, data science, physics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or comparable discipline 

Experience working with data scientists, engineers and architects 

Experience leading a team of analytics professionals and aligning to a common goal 

Knowledge of Data governance techniques in the analytics space 

PMP or Scrum Master
