Program Specialist

The Program Specialist is responsible for the efficient execution of key operational functions within the Beneficial Use Group:Ensure accurate and efficient data entry with a strong focus on detail when generating, updating and revising inventory reports for incoming materials.Manage customer billing cycles, generating and distributing invoices in a timely manner.Enable and support effective, professional communication channels between customers, third party facilities and internal teams.Experience applying working knowledge of scalable operating systems to support operational needs.Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
