Data Intelligence is looking for a Program/Project Manager with experience in the operation, maintenance, and testing of U.S. Navy machinery control systems to work at the Philadelphia Naval Yard.

Job Responsibilities:Responsible for managing a team of Cybersecurity professionals delivering Information Systems Security Engineering (ISSE) services to a Navy organization. Specific responsibilities include:
  • All aspects of Project Management to include contract and sub-contract management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, and progress reporting
  • Personnel management and supervision of a mid-size team of seven

Required Education, Clearance, Skills, and Experience:
  • 10 years of experience in operation, maintenance and testing of US Navy Machinery control systems that can include any of the following:
    • Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E)
    • Control Systems of the following classes (DDG 1000, LCS, LDP, CVN, DDG 51, CG, LHA, LHD, LSD, FFG, and MCM)
    • New System Development
    • Advanced Damage Control Systems,
    • Fluid System Automation
    • New Construction & LBES Integration
    • In-Service Engineering
    • Machinery Automation, Machinery Control Systems
    • Remote Monitoring and Condition Based Maintenance Systems
    • Acquisition & Information Systems
    • HM&E Navigation Networks
    • Ship Navigation Integration Bridge Systems and Navy Electronic Chard Display and Information System (ECDIS) Controls
    • Ship Controls & Navigation CVN & New Development
    • Ship Controls Surface Combatants
    • Ship Controls Amphibious and Ship Instrumentation & System Calibration
  • Five(5) years of experience managing DoD project delivery, including contract and sub-contract management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, and progress reporting
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university
  • DoD RMF or A&A or IA experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • At least a secret level security clearance.
  • PMP preferred
