- Manage the VNDLY supplier portal (contingent worker intake portal) including the implementation, launch and establishing the ongoing operating model of the intake process.
- Work collaboratively with HR Technology Shared Service, resource management data owners, TPX organizations, Procurement to ensure functional goals are aligned
- Supports senior management in business analysis and strategic initiatives
- Evaluates actual results against expected performance and initiates areas for improvement.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Prior experience in managing the day-to-day operations of either a Vendor Management System or a Human Capital Management system
- Prior experience in implementations of either a Vendor Management System or a Human Capital Management system
- Understands the various phase in a system implementation and can play a role in consulting on the future operating model of VNDLY’s day to day management
