Project Manager - Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Hybrid)

Job Profile Summary:Responsible for managing the business operations related to the Contingent Labor HR function, including the development, implementation, and management of the VNDLY supplier portal (contingent workers intake portal). During the implementation phase, contribute to various implementation workstreams such as:
  • VNDLY functional testing,
  • E2E testing,
  • Data Conversion,
  • Data Harmonization efforts across the enterprise,
  • VNDLY reporting
  • Adoption support.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage the VNDLY supplier portal (contingent worker intake portal) including the implementation, launch and establishing the ongoing operating model of the intake process.
  • Work collaboratively with HR Technology Shared Service, resource management data owners, TPX organizations, Procurement to ensure functional goals are aligned
  • Supports senior management in business analysis and strategic initiatives
  • Evaluates actual results against expected performance and initiates areas for improvement.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience
  • Prior experience in managing the day-to-day operations of either a Vendor Management System or a Human Capital Management system
  • Prior experience in implementations of either a Vendor Management System or a Human Capital Management system
  • Understands the various phase in a system implementation and can play a role in consulting on the future operating model of VNDLY’s day to day management
