The Project Manager – Lab Business Operations (Scientific III) leads cross-functional initiatives supporting laboratory infrastructure, assets, and operational efficiency. This role partners with scientific, operational, and support teams to translate laboratory needs into structured projects and sustainable process improvements. Key ResponsibilitiesManage lab business operations projects from initiation through completionLead end-to-end onboarding of laboratory assets, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and implementationPartner with scientists and stakeholders to evaluate requests and develop decision-ready presentationsIdentify process gaps and drive improvements using LEAN and continuous improvement methodologiesSupport SOP creation, revision, and standardization related to lab operationsConduct lab walkthroughs to assess asset utilization and operational needsProvide clear project updates, metrics, and recommendations to leadership
