Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Inspector at REMA. The Property Inspector will conduct regular property inspections, document findings, and report on the condition of properties. Other responsibilities include assisting with property management tasks, developing new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role is based in Philadelphia, PA.

Qualifications

Property Inspections and Inspection skills

Experience in Property Management

Abillity to change locks

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance requirements
