Proposal Specialist II

AECOM is seeking a Proposal Specialist II to support our Program Management marketing team on pursuits, including partnering in the preparation of formal and informal responses to client solicitations, including expressions of interest (EOI), requests for qualifications (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP), and pre-qualification efforts.This will be a hybrid position including a combination of both remote and in-office work schedules, that can be based in, but not limited to: Arlington, VA; Annapolis Junction, MD; Philadelphia, PA.Job Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Responsible for managing responses to requests for qualifications (RFQ) and requests for proposals (RFP), across multiple disciplines within Program Management.Leads and/or participates in proposal strategy development and planning with capture teams and helps develop and apply the win plan, themes, and discriminators throughout marketing materials.Develop proposal outlines and schedule and manage them for compliance.Run proposal project team/proposal review meetings and manage proposal and presentation revisions based on direction from review teams.Proactively gather materials from project team and write, edit, and coordinate proposal content, maintaining compliance with client requirements.Coordinate graphics, including organization charts, maps, flow charts, and matrices, with graphics team.Coordinate with subconsultant companies to request and collect marketing materials for proposal submissions.Proactively conduct quality assurance/quality control on proposal/marketing materials through strong grammatical skills and attention to consistency and detail.Perform final layout in InDesign and produce hard copies if required.
