The QA Analyst is diverse and dynamic and plays a critical technical role in the ongoing success and growth of the company. This role will support the implementation team and ensure that partners and advisors are correctly configured to the platform.

This role will provide testing support for various Implementation projects across multiple work streams with a strong emphasis on Insurance i.e., Annuities. This position will be responsible for e

nsuring an excellent customer experience within our platform through requirements analysis, test case creation and execution, defect management, and partner communication. Essential Functions:
  • Provide necessary development, implementation, and execution of the product quality assurance plan per workstream.
  • Provides effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives, and performance measurements against set plans.
  • Anticipates program release problems and takes corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitments.
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of team members.
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, customer service and accountability.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
  • Experience working and collaborating with teams and facilitating meetings.
  • At least 3 years of testing and quality assurance experience preferred
  • Experience with

    creating test scenarios and business analysis.
  • Experience in financial services and insurance/annuities organizations
  • Solid Product Knowledge of Insurance
  • Annuities or Financial Investment Products
  • Working knowledge of JIRA preferred
  • Strong experience with

    MS Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with interviewing SMEs to gather information.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be highly collaborative, respectful and effective working across a wide array of vendors, employees, leadership team, board members, carriers, etc.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
