QA Automation Manager

This business-to-business advertising firm based in Bucks County, PA works with clients to improve their media presence through promotional goods and business tools. As they continue to expand, they are looking to add a QA Manager to focus on automation and building a team. Selenium and Cypress is used for automation and various languages are used such as C#, Java, and Typescript. You should have a strong engineering background, be able to develop code, and implement automation tools and frameworks. • 6+ years of experience in leading the design and set-up of test automation frameworks, processes, and tools
• 4+ years of experience as a technical leader
• Knowledge of languages C#, Java, and TypeScript
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, tools and frameworks for rapid development, test, integration, and deployment
• Selenium experience

• 40% Management Duties

• Work to build a vision, strategy and roadmap for testing and frameworks for the continuous advancement of test automation, test coverage, tools, and framework adoption
• Work with engineering teams to drive an "automation first" philosophy for functional and regression testing
• Develop top talent while managing the performance of direct-reports to build a high-performing team
