Job Title: QA Test Lead

Location :

Philadelphia, PA

Technical/Functional Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in Leading small to medium size teams.
  • Video Domain experience.
  • Experience in Cable domain
  • Exposure to Automation frameworks/tools
  • Experience in Testing embedded products (developed in Linux)
  • Product testing experience especially in Video/media products.
Work experience in accessing and testing products in labs (with various configurations/setups

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Leading RDK-Video Automation Execution.
  • Test planning, Execution, review deliverables
  • Communication with External teams like RDK Development, Automation Development , Release management and Manual test team,
  • Presenting weekly statreview with Leadership team
  • Review defects, Test reports and communicating to external teams
Co-ordination with Offshore/onsite Automation Execution teams.

Generic Managerial Skills:
  • Should have good communication skill
  • Should be a good team player
Should work with the offshore team and be flexible with timing
