What will you do?

Responsible for developing and establishing Change Framework to drive innovative solutions into our processes and cross-functional teams.

Develop and manage a positive employee feedback process gathering ideas for change, evaluating, and prioritizing for the best impact on investment scenarios.

Establish effective and efficient planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of the business change and improvement projects for the business in general and those specific to quality assurance measures that proactively contribute to reducing project risks and NCCs.

Lead Change projects that coordinate cross-functional teams to drive solutions into the business's processes and functional areas.

Provide coaching and support to other Change leaders to drive the successful completion of projects.

Trigger escalation paths as needed to remove barriers to the success of Change projects.

Engage with management at all levels to establish support and commitment to Change projects, report progress, and celebrate success.

What will you need to succeed?

Degree or diploma in engineering or technology-related field and equivalent education with professional experience in Change Management

Experience (5-8 years, 2+ projects) in a quality or business excellence role

Experience in mapping and understanding QA processes based on ISO standards

Preferred experience in supervising and leading multi-functional teams

Leadership, customer focus, strategic innovation, and influencing skills

Experience in managing chartered projects with a focus on a positive return on investment

Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and principles

Good communication skills balanced and targeted to the different levels of business

The base salary range for this position in Pittsburgh, PA, is $87,000 – $149,200, and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary.
