Please note that this is a 1 year contract position.HM is looking for Quality Assurance professionals, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry (Rx or OTC), and preferably with product complaint investigation background.Position can be remote, but the person will need to be in the office at minimum 1 or 2 days per week to perform complaint sample evaluation.SPECIFIC OBJECTIVESPerforms visual and functional testing of field samplesCoordinates activities between field sample testing laboratory and product quality complaint team to ensure timely completion of product quality complaintsFunctions as a team member in Central Operations and Strategy Teams to provide timely test analysis and support product quality complaint processesInvestigates abnormalities and escalationsCross-trains in Product Quality Complaint Handling Procedures to ensure a fully cross-functional environmentAssists with determining the root causes of non-conformanceMaintains laboratory supplies to ensure an adequate supply and prevent testing delaysMaintains laboratory in a safe and compliant status at all timesDevelops and Audits documentation and test methods for complianceAssists in the Product Quality Complaint processes by ensuring that suppliers and internal sites are aware of field samples that have been received, and for tracking field samples that have not been receivedWithin the Product Quality Complaint (PQC) Management System (e.g. tracking), documents field sample analysis, inclusive of photographs and results from functional testing. Communicates results as neededManages Product Quality Complaint records as assigned (requiring either initial contact or follow-up with suppliers), review of investigation results, documentation in PQC Management System, investigation and/or closureBachelor's DegreeGENERAL OBJECTIVESThe overall objective of this position is providing temporary support in execution of complaint investigation processes and support in diverse Quality Assurance activities, under the direct supervision of the EQ COS Team (Complaints).The temporary support position is responsible to coordinate the complaint investigations related to External Supply Integration Quality with a primary focus on visual and functional testing of field samples.The position will monitor the investigation process for continuous improvement and measure key process indicators to assess the investigation process.The position is responsible to actively develop and sustain partnerships with manufacturing and packaging sites, CCV and External Manufacturers to insure harmonized and consistent complaint investigation practices and understand the needs for future improvements.The position will contribute to the overall implementation and execution of the TrackWise system for complaint handling in support complaint handling flow of the external manufacture of pharmaceutical products.Applicants must provide their phone number.
