Receptionist

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry located in SOUDERTON, Pennsylvania. This role entails being the first point of contact for our organization, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities: Greeting all visitors and ensuring guest registration procedures are followed Providing administrative support to various departments as needed Handling and distributing mail Coordinating events within the organization Ensuring all employees receive birthday cards Answering multi-line phone system promptly and professionally Delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff Efficiently managing data entry tasks Corresponding via email professionally and promptly Organizing files and scheduling appointments as necessary Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks.Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with patients and their families Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff and patients Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Experience in organizing files and maintaining an organized workspace Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing multiple schedules simultaneously High school diploma or equivalent education level Must be able to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
