We are seeking to hire a Recruiting Analyst (Workday) to work with our client.

Location: Remote (USA work from home office)Duration: 1 year with possible extensionPay Terms: up to $82/hr. on W-2

Job Description

As a Recruiting Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert to provide solutions for Tier 3 Talent issues. The analyst will serve as the primary HR Technology point of contact for the TA Module and Asia Pacific HRSC Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tier 3 escalation point for Workday Talent Acquisition module
  • Review business processes to find root cause and area of opportunity
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Recruiting
  • Participate and lead thorough testing for releases and enhancements
  • Develop process documentation and data dictionaries as needed to help HR Operations trouble shoot issues
  • Assisting across the HR Technology team as needed
  • Assist in performing Workday system walkthroughs
  • Aiding in the collecting and writing of business requirements for change requests
  • Responsible for Workday configurations, upgrades, security and support for the Workday Recruiting module
  • Proactively identify and recommend improvement opportunities around system, process, data and user experience, and recommend options to partners

Required Qualifications/Experience
  • 2+ years of recruiting configuration experience in Workday
  • Strong knowledge of the interconnection between Workday recruiting and other Talent Acquisition tools and applications
  • Must possess a strong/proven working understanding of talent acquisition processes and data
  • Requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions
  • Communicates complex ideas and is able to translate business needs into technical requirements, as well as translate technical details to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrates strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills , with an ability to build strong trust and relationships
