Regulatory Compliance / Standards / Systems Enable and ensure facilities to full compliance to local, state, and federal regulations, Sika US Requirements, and Sika Global Requirements.Coordinate all Industrial Hygiene activitiesAudit (Program Spot Check) EHS facilities using established protocols / toolsEnsure all regulatory reporting is completed (OSHA, EPA, Local)Support contractor qualifications (EMR, RIR, Program – reviews)Support Acquisitions – Integration Plans and Assurance to RequirementsReview MOCs or Capital Project for EHSSupport of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 InitiativesPrepare, Participate and assist site with Corporate EHS AuditsPower users of Gensuite, HIS, and SpheraLead (or Prep Sites) OSHA / EPA / State InspectionsTrainingConduct more complex EHS TrainingBe train the trainer to site leadership for routine EHS training topicsDirectly assist site(s) to develop an annual EHS training plan.Train all new supervisors and managers on safety leadershipIdentify personal training professional development needs.Functional Expertise / SME / Leadership & InfluenceParticipate in Annual EHS Planning with ClustersIssue Identification (Local, State, Regional) Regs or CodesFacilitate significant SPHERA events (LTA, NFA/SIF) using RCA toolAssist Acquisitions for EHSLead Injury ManagementSupport site turnarounds or shutdowns or significant maintenanceSupport/Attend Insurance Inspections and Corrective ActionsProcess Safety – support Regional Lead and SitesSupport Community of PracticesUnderstand and Administer EHS Corporate / Regulatory InitiativesSupport Site/Cluster in Leading KPIsProficient in Behavior Based SafetySystems Power Users (HSI, GENSUITE, SkillSoft, SPHERA)Emergency Planning / Crisis Management
