Position Summary:

Assesses, plans,implementsand evaluates activities necessary to achieveoptimalresident outcomes. Provides care to residents from adults through geriatrics. Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma orAssociate Degree in Nursing

Current PA registered nurse licensethat is active and in good standing

CPRCertification

Two years nursing experiencepreferred

One yearlong term care experiencepreferred
