Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work for our client in Malvern, PA. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:They will analyze competitive data for target labor markets and recommend solutions to compensation challenges
They will analyze data, provide reporting, and participate in projects in the area of team member compensation
They will work closely with the Americas Compensation team while collaborating with the Global Compensation team to implement and assist with communications of global and local compensation programs.
They will support the transition of compensation programs and processes for North America from the local legacy HRIS system to a global Workday platform.
They will partner with HR Operations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities.
They will support the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business (Workday)
They have a proven track record supporting compensation concepts and programs.

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
Minimum of 5 years experience in Workday Core Compensation & Jobs and Advanced Compensation.Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
CCP and GRP certifications
Sound knowledge of compensation-related topics, especially in the United States.
Skilled in project management and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and fluent in English.
Demonstrate solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence.
