RENDERING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR-B SHIFTSouderton, PAESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Supervises and Performs highly diversified duties concerning production and facility and installs and maintains facility grounds, building, and other facility equipment.equipment/systems.

Supervises installing and replacing motors, pumps, drives, belts, filters, gears, chains, and valves on process equipment, facility equipment, and forklifts.

Oversees Troubleshooting of pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic machine problems and makes necessary repairs.

Oversees repairs to machines involving machine guarding, bolt replacement, and breakdowns due to mechanical wear.

Assign team members preventative maintenance tasks on facility equipment.

Maintain the WWPT facility to operate within parameters safely.

Provides leadership for Maintenance technicians performing preventative maintenance, equipment installs, parts replacement, equipment troubleshooting, etc

Understands the tools and equipment needed to do each job.

Understands and determines when and what type of maintenance is needed.

Determines causes of operating errors and can tell when something is likely to go wrong before downtime occurs.

Inspects or tests damaged machine parts and marks defective areas or advises supervisor of needs for repair

Keeps record of all work performed.

Updates maintenance history logs and completes required paperwork.

Accounts for equipment used for maintenance and repairs.

Understands and follows the company GMPs policy.

Understands and follows the company safety rules.

May be required to work long hours and weekends as needed.

May assume other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent certification

At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience required

Strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, industrial, PLC experience

Ability to speak, read, and write English

Good verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in MS Office applications

Must be well-organized with good attention to detail

Display strong work ethic and positive attitude

Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work cooperation with others

Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance
