Research Scientist

Job Title: Research ScientistJob DescriptionSeeking a meticulous and driven Research Scientist to design, establish, and execute bench-scale applications experiments primarily using AKTA and other bench-scale chromatography systems. The ideal candidate will perform process screening and optimization experiments using a high-throughput PD system and will analyze in-process samples with a variety of analytical tools such as HPLC, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, and spectrophotometry. Responsibilities also include developing robust and reproducible analytical assays to characterize proteins of interest, authoring protocols and reports for monoclonal antibody process development studies, and interpreting and statistically analyzing data.Hard Skills

Experience with AKTA chromatography system

Proficiency in HPLC, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, spectrophotometry

Ability to author protocols and reports

Statistical data analysis
