Job Title: Lead Restoration TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Lead Restoration Technician, your core responsibilities will include leading and executing mitigation efforts for water, fire, and smoke damage in both residential and commercial properties. You'll assess the extent of the damage and develop comprehensive mitigation plans. Your role will also involve supervising and training a team of technicians, ensuring that they deliver efficient and high-quality work. In addition to operating and maintaining specialized equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, water extractors, and cleaning tools, you will coordinate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and clients to ensure smooth project progression. You will be expected to document all work performed, including detailed reports and photographs, for insurance and client records while ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. As part of your role, you will be required to provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any concerns or questions from clients and maintaining a clean and organized job site, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly stored.Hard Skills
