Customized Energy Solutions (CES) is hiring a Retail Billing Analyst I to join our growing Retail Services team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with billing, invoicing, or financial operations experience who is eager to build expertise in the energy industry.As a Retail Billing Analyst, you’ll ensure billing accuracy, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and support clients with billing-related issues. You’ll also work with data sets, improve reporting tools, and help streamline billing operations. This is a great opportunity to grow your billing and data analysis skills in a collaborative, mission-driven company.What You’ll DoManage daily billing processes, including data validation, exception handling, and quality checks.Generate, review, and reconcile client invoices to ensure accuracy.Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or escalations in a timely manner.Conduct system audits using Excel and SQL to confirm data integrity.Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve billing workflows and reporting tools.Support process improvements and automation to increase billing efficiency.
