As a store manager of one of our uBreakiFix by Asurion locations, you will guide a team in establishing and maintaining guest services. Our store managers oversee and are accountable for the operation of a store and ensuring maximum sales and profitability.

As a store manager, here’s what you can expect to do:

  • Supervise and manage a retail store team of technicians
  • Train and develop store management in all aspects of the business, direct and monitor training and development for all store personnel
  • Provide excellent customer service to every guest
  • Maintain product knowledge
  • Drive sales, operational and customer service metrics by communicating expectations, motivating, coaching, and holding team members accountable
  • Coach technicians to speak expertly about the Asurion Connected Home product and upsell in every customer transaction
  • Use data to identify trends; develop action plans to drive sales and operational performance
  • Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and regularly recruit management candidates
  • Control shrink, manage expenses and payroll
  • Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and adjacencies and manage floor presentations and signage in all departments
  • Use department/store trends to recommend and initiate changes to meet and maximize goals
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs and audits
  • Fix devices, process cracked glass, and test devices before and after repairs

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

  • 2+ years of retail experience (preferred)
  • 1+ years of management experience (preferred)
  • Experience supporting and delivering sales requirements
  • Practical verbal and written communication skills
  • Financial management experience
  • Ethical conduct
  • A desire to learn
  • A passing background check and drug screen
  • Ability to travel (occasionally)
