RN: Lvl 2-Clin Spec: Wound Care - Einstein Montgomery (FT - days)

Responsibilities

• Providing guidance and support to staff caring for patients who require vascular access
• Assessing skill level of the staff and providing necessary education to assure clinical competency in collaboration with Clinical Director
• Designing, implementing, and evaluating programs of care by integrating nursing interventions and medical treatments as appropriate to enhance patient outcomes in a cost effective manner
• This position requires providing service to the young adult to frail elderly age populations in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania required
• BSN or equivalent Bachelors in Science degree required. MSN preferred
• PICC Certification required
• Minimum of five years experience required with 3 years of vascular access expertise practice
• Demonstrates expert clinical skills, effective communication and teaching skills
• Ability to manage administrative responsibilities
