Join our team as a Roadway Programs Technician 1, where you will contribute to the review, analysis, and enhancement of maintenance operations in alignment with management goals and departmental guidelines within Delaware County. DESCRIPTION OF WORKYour primary duty of this position involves aiding in the assessment, review, and improvement of maintenance operations within Delaware County, aligning with management goals and departmental policies. You will evaluate work plans to ensure a comprehensive program, confirming the availability of necessary labor, materials, equipment, and funding for successful execution. Modifications to work plans will be implemented as required. You will analyze data from the Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Roadway Management Systems to ensure that program goals are met and system integrity is upheld. Additionally, you will verify the accuracy of foreman payrolls and provide necessary payroll support. Reports will be employed to track work metrics, including completed production units, man-hours, equipment utilization, and material usage, with any discrepancies addressed to align with work plans. Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of experience as a Technical Assistant; or
One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent; or
An Associate's Degree in a field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related program; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
