Eaton’s Information Technology division is seeking a SAP S4 Systems Analyst - Extended Warehouse Management to join our team. This position can be based at any Eaton U.S. facility.The expected annual salary range for this role is $105,000 - $154,000 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.The application window for this position is anticipated to close on Friday, March 22, 2024.What you’ll do:Position Overview:The primary responsibility of this role is to design, model, configure, and implement SAP EWM and related process solutions to meet desired business requirements. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes and systems processes to recommend improvements using Eaton's standard SAP deployment model and processes. The candidate will participate in SAP implementations, provide third-level support as required, and deploy enhancement projects for the Aerospace SAP S4 Program. Candidate must understand and drive regional solutions and implement controls that are fully auditable and compliant with business and control standards.Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for in-depth functional & business process knowledge of SAP S4 EWM including interfaces and S4 core functionality. Work in partnership with divisional and regional leadership and business process owners on system requirements, processes, and systems. Manage requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology. Provide knowledge and input on the system implications of business process changes. Help to identify consolidated, worldwide target processes for SAP EWM. Demonstrate analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements. Deliver functional specifications & configuration in line with the agreed and approved design. Develop and implement organizational change management plans related to one's projects. Learn to apply Eaton's project methodology and governance processes to the change control, system development life cycle, and regression testing. Work with the SAP global governance team to ensure proposed solutions are in-line global solutions. Participate in business process improvement committees as needed. Interact with senior-level leaders at the divisional or regional level to explain complex system issues and decision points using common business language (without using IT terms and language). Cultivate a culture of innovation. Support end-to-end processes based on intermediate-level understanding of system touchpoints. Responsible for learning touchpoints to integrate Eaton's other key platforms into SAP S4. Attend daily Scrum calls, support testing, facilitate cross-functional design discussions and work closely with Eaton IT / GPOs.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum 7 years of systems analyst/analysis or IT experience required

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
