Take pride in the work you do and apply with us today!DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Semi Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing skilled and semi-skilled tasks in several trades such as electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, and more. Assistance will be provided in all facets of general building maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, and necessary building renovations and construction to hospital buildings, property, and equipment. Specific assignments will be received through maintenance work orders or special oral or written instructions by immediate supervisors or facility maintenance managers. It is essential to exercise consistent safety precautions and a strong attention to detail at all times.Interested in learning more? Full-time employment
Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Overtime and travel as needed.
May change based on operational needs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.Conditions of Employment:
You must possess a valid PA non-commercial Class C driver's license or equivalent.Other Requirements:

You must be able to perform essential job functions.Legal Requirements:
A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
