Senior Accountant (Fully Vaxxed/No C2C)

Our Client, a leading provider of technology services to residential and commercial customers across the United States, is currently seeking candidates for a full-time Senior Accountant position. This individual will be a key member of the accounting department with responsibilities around monthly close, audit, journal entries, and inventory.Located just North of Pittsburgh, this will be an excellent opportunity to join a stable, well-known company offering an excellent salary/benefits package, good work-life balance, free parking, and an on-site gym.Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, reconcile, and balance general ledger accounts, research and correct posting discrepancies
• Assist or prepare the monthly and annual financial reporting package in accordance with the established closing schedule
• Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries, cost allocations and accounting classifications
• Assists with the annual external financial audit
• Coordinates the semi-annual physical inventory counts and compiles monthly entries and reconciliations
• Performs other related duties as required or as directed

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of information and exhibit a high level of professional ethics and integrity.
• Good interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3-7 years accounting experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Experience with large, automated accounting system a plus
• May require overnight travel for audits

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
