Senior Agile Coach

Title: Sr. Agile Coach Duration: 6+ Months # of Openings: 1 Position Type: Contract Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA, United States (Locals) Remote work but need locals Description: Agile Coach for Enterprise IT division. 8+ years of experience having worked on large transformation initiatives. Coach new and experience agile teams and familiarity with scaling. Experienced in planning and running training classes. High proficiency in Jira and Mural and exposure to Jira Align. Experienced at coaching senior leaders. Facilitate workshops/training as required to drive maturity. Familiarity with OKR's. Requirement to travel into office when needed. 1 day min. NJ and or PA. Actively participate in transformation efforts/initiatives across the who organization. Excellent communication and organization skills. Able to contribute to Agile CoE. Worked in regulated industry. Advanced agile or scrum certs. Major skill to highlight if has experience: Technical background, strong knowledge of DevSecOps, SAP & ERP Systems.
