Senior Associate, Marketing Operations - Freelance

Position Summary 

We’re searching for a freelance Sr. Associate of Marketing Operations who can assist in setting up, designing and performing daily, operational tactical tasks associated with the execution of both online and offline marketing programs (email, direct mail, and SMS, among others). You’ll be responsible for supporting all aspects of data management, including interacting with vendors and service providers for data-related functions as well as designing optimized output reports for quality assurance and control.   Tasks and responsibilities include: Work within the agency across capabilities on projects Ability to understand technical requirements and functional requirements as presented for specific projects Assess data available against project needs in order to help define requirements; ability to recommend alternatives in order to best meet client requirements Aide in the development of data-related and user process flows Maintenance of day to day operations, procedures and quality control across required processes Represent capability in team meetings Ability to communicate, ask questions and proactively escalate issues Participate in conversations with 3rd party providers and team managers Perform detailed testing and QC tasks across all relevant channels (scenario creation, test script design, data input, data review and validation, and document results) Monitoring of input and output data files through various transfer systems and methods; takes corrective actions and escalates issues as appropriate to meet client requirements Monitor operational logs and provide reporting and communications, as required
