Position: Senior Business Analyst

Location: West Point, PA (Remote)

Responsibilities:
  • The HRIS contractor is a member of a centralized, dedicated HR Technology Team that will support HR under the guidance of the HR Technology leader.
  • This is a hands-on role responsible for functional activities to help maintain a Workhuman Cloud platform and other systems.
  • The HRIS analyst will manage all operational and reporting activities within WorkHuman Cloud.
  • Provide operational support (functional) of Workhuman Cloud from a Talent and Compensation perspective.
  • Acts as Tier III subject matter expert for Reward and Recognition Workhuman platform. Identify, validate and test business process and configuration changes related to business changes, issues, or process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain functional/user documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration workbooks, change management documentation, and process design documents.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years in a HRIS role, working with Talent or Compensation processes.
  • At least 2 years as a Business analyst.
  • 2 years of experience with Workhuman Cloud Platform or another HR SaaS Solution
  • Strong Data Analysis Skills and/or report building
  • Understanding of HR operations, HRIS, change & release management, and experience with HR data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with associates and managers.
  • Understanding of HR data integration.
