This role is responsible for delivering trusted data and analytics results to helpour company make better and faster decisions by creating, developing, and leading ahigh- performance team and continually improving the Data Platform alongthe Data Capability Model. You possess a broad range of people skills andtechnical skills across the data domain, as well as business acumen requiredto establish trusted partnerships.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES? Help create a leading Data Program? Manage operational components of the Data Platform to ensureupdated data are available per established SLOs? Work with all divisions to continually grow the value of our DataPlatform by onboarding new data from our SaaS, Telemetry, Product,and Corporate systems? Understand the big picture and demonstrate how your teamsupports it through prioritization, planning, and solutioning? Implement the DataOps philosophy in everything you do? Regularly meet with business partners, understanding and solving forData needs, short-term and medium-term? Monitor, measure, and improve key aspects of the Data Program andData Platform, guided by established KPIs and SLOs? Coordinate with Security and Compliance to ensure data is accessedprocessed and stored per standards? Propose and define strategies to continually improve thescale, performance, and capabilities of the Data Platform? Develop partnerships with external vendors and technology suppliers toensure delivery of high-quality services? Envision and draft quarterly objectives, driven by requirementsgathered multiple business partners? Manage, lead, and develop a High-Performance team, including day-to-day assignments, bi-weekly milestone planning, 1-1s, quarterlyobjectives, and annual reviews? Provide timely feedback on work deliverables? Mentor, coach, and develop team members? Establish processes and provide development tools? Manage project teams and task assignments? Responsible for managing the daily activities on direct reportswhich include but not limited to: Training, Performanceappraisals, Goal development, feedback, etc.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:? Experience in a data analytics/engineering/science role? Experience performing quantitative analysis to tacklebusiness problems with a focus on feature and usage metrics to increaseconversion and retention or reporting for key business metrics, includingrevenue, sales metrics, and customer metrics? Experience creating dimensional models composed offacts and dimensions? Managing a team of 6 or more data analysts/engineers/scientists?
