Senior Financial Master Data Analyst

• Lead administrator for the financial data architecture, including dimension member and hierarchy maintenance across financial systems
• With assistance from the Corporate Controller and FP&A teams, maintain data architecture in the consolidation and reporting tool in support of budgeting and reporting data loads and outputs
• Provide leadership for integrity and consistency of data concepts across the financial systems
• Support analytics for data transformation and data visualization strategies and testing
• Identify standards and application enrichment ideas to improve data capture along with exception reporting to identify outliers
• Create and deliver routine training about financial systems to finance team members
• Work with IT team to ensure consistency between financial system data structures and the ASM Global analytics environment
• Manage key customer contract data, coordinating across geographies and functions to ensure timeliness of master data entry and accuracy
• Act as central master data lead administrator for global customer and vendor data structures

• Minimum education level of: Associate degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of related work experience with financial data architectures in an environment with complex data sources
• Beneficial training Six Sigma or Lean
• Experience administering complex financial master data tables, including global profit center and cost center structures
• Experience designing and working with financial controls
• Experience working with advanced ERP environments (Dynamics 365 a plus) and consolidation systems (deFacto or BPC is a plus)
• Business Intelligence product knowledge (PowerBI or Tableau)
