RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (PA).
Summary:This position will provide input and analysis to oversee the organization's human resource information system. This includes system configuration, business process management, managing the employee life cycle, and working on multiple systems. You will collaborate with globally Human Resources (HR) teams to implement improvements in functionality and training where necessary for an excellent employee experience. As an Analyst will be thriving in this role requires balancing process excellence, technology, and partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of an exceptional employee experience in support of our business objectives.Responsibilities include: Collaborate with stakeholders, actively identify opportunities to improve company services, and performance through enhanced use of HR systems/processes Supports the design and development of a total strategy using all current technologies and touching on all areas of HR systems functions including staffing, on-boarding, talent management, benefits, and compensation Senior HRIS Analyst will establish a governance process within HRIS to drive data integrity, ensuring compliance with regulations Ensure data integrity, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Provide timely technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for the system to HR team leads and other end-users while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience Senior HRIS Analyst will work in a collaborative environment with internal teams to gather and validate business requirements, and to recommend technical configurations as solutions to internal teams' needsREQUIREMENTS: 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience Ability to translate business objectives and unmet needs into a clear vision, roadmap, with rigorous requirements, then support the execution of that vision Strong bias for action with a demonstrated track record of owning and delivering solutions successfully Analytical Thinking - effectively translates data into actionable insights, strategies, and programs Work with key stakeholders using data to support key; Across internal teams to deliver complex projects Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people Ability to share complex technical information in an easy-to-understand way for end users and cross functional team membersKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
